Lease Report
Lease law is the branch of law that deals with the events relating to the lease relationship, that is, one in which one person grants another the use of a property against payment of a rent.
Managing a lease relationship (whether for residential use or not) can involve a variety of problems ranging from the tenant’s default to the presence of defects in the leased property, from the transfer of the contract by one of the parties to its early termination.
Extrajudicial phase
In the matter of Lease Law, the firm deals with both the extrajudicial phase or the preparation of the various types of lease contracts for residential use, that is to say contracts with free rent and agreed rent; temporary contacts, for off-site university students and for guest use, tourist rental, bed and breakfast accommodation, rental for luxury properties.
