It deals with the management and protection of family relationships and all related issues, such as custody of children, maintenance, inheritance and inheritance and the separation of assets.
Family law in an objective sense is that sector of private law that governs family relationships in their broadest sense, dealing with issues relating to relationships of marriage, filiation, adoption and even kinship and affinity.

According to Italian law, the tutelary judge is a magistrate, with a two-year appointment, chosen by the President of the Court within the entire framework of the general organization of the Office. He falls within the voluntary jurisdiction and therefore performs functions in the field of protection of persons, specifically the weakest subjects, such as minors or the incapable, for all that concerns both the patrimonial and non-patrimonial aspect.
