Labor and Social Security Law

Labor law
Set of rules governing the employment relationship and protecting not only the economic interest, but also the freedom, dignity and personality of the worker.
The current Labor Law is the expression of a social State – which is our Republic by express constitutional dictation (Article 3, paragraph 2, of the Constitution) – which intervenes to remedy this situation of disparity through the preparation of mandatory rules in favor of the weaker contractor, that is, the worker.
Social Security Law
Social security law is the set of rules that govern the contributions due by the employer and self-employed workers to social security institutions (INPS, INAIL, ENASARCO, ENPALS, etc) and the services that these bodies must provide upon the occurrence of certain events during the employment relationship (CIG, Mobility, unemployment, accident, etc.), upon reaching retirement age (retirement pension) or in the presence of forms of invalidity due to birth, illness or work.
